RBC Capital analyst Leonid Timashev reiterated an Outperform rating and $311.00 price target on BeOne Medicines (NASDAQ: ONC).
The analyst commented: "Rich Pipeline Can Drive The Next Leg Of Growth After Near-Term Heme-Onc Execution; We attended ONC's R&D Day focused on the hematology and solid tumor portfolio and had a chance to catch up with mgmt. Investors had been focused on the CDK4i program heading into today, and while updates had more limited data that may need time to mature, we think ONC has shown enough to suggest a differentiated safety profile with efficacy that can deepen to competitive levels; meanwhile the rest of the pipeline continues to show solid progress. We continue to like shares given Brukinsa's growth potential ($3.7B in '25E sales growing to $6.7B by 2034E), near-term potential of sonro and '673 to drive further CLL growth, and believe the pipeline gives us confidence that ONC can successfully evolve into a diversified oncology powerhouse over the next decade."
