Stifel analyst Matthew Smith lowered the price target on Post Holdings (NYSE: POST) to $125.00 (from $130.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Post reported 3Q26 EBITDA of $377.3 million, which was $6 million above our estimate supported by stronger Foodservice and improved Weetabix performances partially offset by a weaker performance in Refrigerated Retail. Bright spots in the quarter included continued momentum in Foodservice with egg volumes up 3.6% and a stepup in margin in the Weetabix business supported by pricing, plant rationalization savings, and favorable mix in the core cereal business. The company narrowed its FY26 EBITDA outlook, with the $1.565 billion midpoint consistent with previous guidance. Post provided a preliminary FY27 EBITDA outlook calling for a flat performance against an adjusted FY26 EBITDA base of $1.48 billion adjusted for $60 million of Foodservice earnings above the $500 million normalized run rate and $20 million of EBITDA related to divestitures. We continue with our Buy rating."
