Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Goldfarb downgraded Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $13.00 (from $15.00).
The analyst comments: “HPP: Downgrade to Neutral and lowering our price target to $13 from $15, which is based on ~10x our 2027E of FFO versus ~11x previously. Our reduced multiple is driven by increased volatility in the macro. Risks include regulations, taxes, quality of life, economic trends, office demand, and interest rates.”
