Baird analyst David Koning raised the price target on Paymentus (NYSE: PAY) to $25.00 (from $24.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "We like PAY a lot as one of the strongest revenue growers within our coverage (25%+ revenue growth past three quarters) and we expect Q3 to beat again. We like PAY given they have a small but growing share (~1-2% share), very strong incremental margins and high quality earnings (good GAAP margins, low stock comp). We expect Q3 revenue and earnings to again beat nicely (PAY has beaten the top end of quarterly revenue guidance by ~3-4% on average the past 8 quarters)."
