Oppenheimer maintains a 'Perform' on Cintas (NASDAQ: CTAS).
Analyst, Scott Schneeberger, said, "F4Q12 EPS of $0.60 (+22% y/y) compared to our estimate/consensus of $0.58/$0.60, respectively...F4Q12 operating margin of 13.4% improved 70bps y/y and exceeded our 12.7% estimate primarily via improved SG&A leverage. Gross margin decreased 70bps y/y primarily on lower used paper prices which are expected to continue to have an adverse impact over the coming two quarters given still challenging y/y comps."
Citing Q4 share buybacks, Schneeberger raises FY13 EPS estimate from $2.44 to $2.52 and FY13 from $2.64 to $2.74.
