Stephens raised its price target on Opendoor Technologies (NYSE: OPLN) to $37.00 (from $35.00) while maintaining a Overweight rating.
The analyst commented: "OPLN (OW $37 PT) should release 4Q25 earnings in mid-February (an official announcement has not been made yet). We expect a largely in-line quarter relative to Street estimates that should roughly meet the high end of guidance issued after 3Q25. OPLN enters 2026 with momentum, excitement for the coming lease return inflection and a new ticker. They are holding an analyst day in Florida on March 3rd to kick off the year. We are raising our PT from $35 to $37 to reflect the effects of their preferred stock repurchase transaction and the passage of time. (One quarter forward increases the EBITDA being multiplied plus an additional quarter of cash generation.). Today’s note highlights our and Street estimates and lightly dives into the nuances of D-to-D auction units vs. commercial/lease return auction units."
