BofA Securities analyst Allen Lutz raised the price target on Omnicell (NASDAQ: OMCL) to $34.00 (from $30.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst comments "This morning, OMCL raised the low end of the 2Q/FY25 EPS/EBITDA guidance to reflect the latest announcement on China tariffs. The company also announced a $75MM share repurchase program. OMCL raised FY25 adjusted EBITDA guidance from $100-$145MM to $120-$145MM and FY25 adjusted EPS guidance from $1.00-$1.65 to $1.30-$1.65. 2Q’25 adjusted EBITDA guidance was also raised from $22-$30MM to $25-$31MM and 2Q’25 adjusted EPS guidance was raised from $0.19-$0.32 to $0.24-$0.34. Revenue and bookings guidance is unchanged. For reference, OMCL imports many of the subassemblies for products such as automated dispensing cabinets from China prior to finishing assembly in the U.S. As such, prior FY25 guidance considered a $50MM unmitigated and $40MM mitigated headwind to EBITDA mostly due to tariffs on Chinese imports "
