Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu raised the price target on Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) to $550.00 (from $520.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "Q3 results were solid w/ a top-line miss on timing offset by better margin performance. The bridge to 2025 was set at 3 to 4% growth w/ SS headwinds w/ revs setup to accelerate into 2026. FCF growth leads financials on op improvement /capex rationalization w/cap deployment leading to 30%+ FCF/share growth in 2025. The offset is likely more limited upside given supply side dynamics and a FCF yield (4.0% FY2 slight prem to market) that captures outperformance."
