Nomura Securities on Gaming and Lodging Stocks: U.S. RevPAR up 4.3%
Analyst, Harry Curtis, said, "Total U.S. RevPAR rose 4.3% for the week ended May 19, 2012. Results were negatively affected by a shift in the timing of Mother’s Day, which also created easier YoY comps earlier in the month. RevPAR was up 8.2% over the last 28 days and 7.8% quarter to date."

1) U.S. ADR up 3.2% to $106.55; 2) U.S. Occupancy up 70 bps to 66.0%; 3) Best Performing City: St. Louis w ith RevPAR up 16.7%; and 4) Worst Performing City: Denver w ith RevPAR down -11.7%
