Nomura Securities upgraded Alliance Data Systems (NYSE: ADS) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $300.00.
Analyst Tulu Yunus said, "It’s certainly not new news that ADS’s PL portfolio continues to grow at a rapid pace. That said, our analysis of the pipeline suggests that the file’s growth will re-accelerate and reach new highs in the 30%+ range later this year. We expect shares to rival their 52-wk high as estimates ratchet higher yet again."
The firm is initiating 2016 EPS est. and raising 2014 / 15 to $12.63 / $14.78 (from $12.32 / $14.24).
