Nomura Securities Maintains a 'Neutral' on Dollar Financial (DLLR); Revising Numbers

Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Dollar Financial (NASDAQ: DLLR), PT increased by $1 to $25.

Nomura analyst, Brian Foran, said, "We raise estimates to reflect two opportunities: reducing debt expense (ie, getting cheaper dollars) and international expansion. These should materialize in fiscal 2013 and beyond, so our 2012E EPS is unchanged at $2.05, but our 2013E EPS increases to $2.60 (from $2.40). We remain Neutral on the shares. We increase our target to $25 to account for the EPS revisions. Our target implies DLLR trades at 10-11x calendar 2012E."
