Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) price target of $155.00.
Analyst, Rick Sherlund, said, "We continue to be bullish on Salesforce.com’s longer-term growth opportunity and expect it to meet or exceed its 29%-32% y/y growth billings guidance for 1Q, with our estimate at 34%. How the stock responds to the reported billings will likely be a function of how great an impact the change in billings terms has on the underlying growth rate. We would caution investors not to take too much comfort in the trust.salesforce.com transactions data that has been positively previewed by the sell side, as we believe it is a lagging indicator, and not a good read on quarterly billings. Our 1Q EPS estimate is $0.36 vs. the Street at $0.34. At 33x FY13E EV to unlevered FCF, we remain buyers."
