Roth Capital analyst Dave King maintains Buy on New York & Co (NYSE: NWY) price target of $6.00.

The analyst comments "NWY announced a new partnership with Kate Hudson that should help to turn around the company’s Soho business (21%-24%/sales) and provide for meaningful incremental growth beginning in early 2019. We see the potential for significant margin improvement, while the company is also transitioning to growth. Shares are still underappreciated by investors, in our view, as NWY has successfully transitioned to a DTC-driven proprietary brand company with significant ecommerce penetration supported by retail stores."
