Needham Reiterates Buy Rating on Amplitude Inc (AMPL)

Needham analyst Scott Berg reiterated a Buy rating and $16.00 price target on Amplitude Inc (NASDAQ: AMPL).

The analyst comments "Before market open, Amplitude announced the acquisition of voice of the customer solution Kraftful, whose solution converts user feedback like social media posts into qualitative feedback for product teams. While financial details were not released, we believe the deal is primarily an employee + tech acquisition, with Amplitude intending on integrating the solution into their platform while migrating the team over to deepen their AI functionality. We are positive on the deal and draw parallels to the recent acquisition of Command AI, which created a solid new cross-sell opportunity."
