Stifel analyst Selman Akyol raised the price target on Natural Gas Services (NYSE: NGS) to $39.00 (from $33.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "NGS reported 3Q25 results above our expectations and raised its 2025 guidance by 2%. Additionally, management provided an early look at 2026 growth and would expect to spend $50 to $70 million, with a high confidence in the low end. NGS also highlighted it is not seeing any hesitation from customers in light of weaker crude oil prices. NGS continues to expand its customer base with a second 10%+ revenue customer in Devon. While they have been a customer for a while, given NGS' capabilities they increased their size, which we think further validates NGS's technology and service. Beyond Devon, NGS continues to market itself to new customers showcasing their strengths, and early results are encouraging. At this time, we are maintaining our Buy rating and raising our target price to $39.00 from $33.00, which is based on our 2026 estimates."
