Baird analyst Tristan Gerra raised the price target on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) to $195.00 (from $150.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments: "Our industry conversations support Nvidia's statement that while system implementation is complex, there are no severe issue such as overheating impacting demand, and highlight extremely strong demand/RFQs for Blackwell. Nvidia is asking for CoWoS capacity well in excess of TSMC's committed output for 2025, already raised multiple times in past few months. No demand slowdown in sight, as Nvidia expects worldwide data center 'modernization' from coding to generating AI to be ongoing over the next five years, while generative AI provides an entirely new demand layer. Outperform-rated."
