Morgan Stanley downgraded Alkermes (NASDAQ: ALKS) from Equalweight to Underweight with a price target of $42.00 (from $67.00).

Analyst David Risinger comments "The trigger for the downgrade is Vivitrol downside risk and our concern that late-stage schizophrenia and depression pipeline candidates could have negative news over the next six months."
