Mizuho analyst Salim Syed reiterated an Outperform rating and $43.00 price target on Syndax Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: SNDX).
The analyst comments "Tonight post the close, Syndax reported 3Q26 earnings (press release, slides) and we caught up with management after the call. Overall a good quarter: Revuforj in-line; actual $60.7MM vs consensus $60.8MM (Vara), and QoQ growth remained in double-digit territory at 11%. Notably, tonight management provided for the first time r/r NPM1m patient transplant and post-transplant maintenance therapy rates, ~40% and ~50%, respectively, surprisingly high for this patient population (recall, NPM1m patients tend to be older, less likely to be fit for transplant). This could be a tailwind for longer-term NPM1m patient sales, as duration on Revuforj as post-transplant maintenance could potentially be longer than for patients that stayed on therapy but didn't go to transplant. There may be a slight temporary headwind to NPM1m sales as patients go off therapy for transplant and recovery, but longer term we see this as moderately positive."
