BofA Securities analyst Tal Liani raised the price target on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) to $600.00 (from $500.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "Microsoft’s 4Q26 results provided further validation of its AI strategy, with Azure growth accelerating from 39% in 3Q26 to 43% 4Q26 and guidance of 45% in 1Q27. Paid M365 Copilot seats exceeded 30mn, with net additions more than doubling QoQ, while RPO increased 84% YoY. We remain constructive on the company’s long-term positioning across AI infrastructure, models and applications and reiterate our Buy rating. We increase our PO to $600 from $500, based on 28x our CY27E P/E versus 24x previously, reflecting accelerating cloud growth and improved visibility into investment returns."
