Mizuho analyst Dan Dolev raised the price target on MasterCard (NYSE: MA) to $711.00 (from $666.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst comments "Post-3Q, we are confident in the durability of Mastercard’s growth, even as the drivers shift. VAS is now ~41% of revenue and ~60% is network-linked. That mix makes the business more recurring and less exposed to spending, which we believe supports a premium. In the US, the Capital One debit migration starts to lap and should be fully behind MA by 2Q27. On cost, incentive payments weighed on cash flow this year, management expects 4Q rebates as a % of gross assessments to rise, and pricing benefits begin to lap. Overall, we believe pricing power in services and XB more than offsets it. Outperform, PT increased to $711 (from $666)."
