Stifel analyst Mark Kelley lowered the price target on Life360 (NASDAQ: LIF) to $56.00 (from $76.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "4Q revenue and EBITDA came in above the high-end of the revised guidance from the Jan. pre-announcement, which led way to a top-line FY26 guide ahead of expectations at the midpoint (Hardware weaker, Other / Advertising stronger). Growth will be back-half weighted as there are some 1Q dynamics putting some pressure on margins (outsized marketing investments & exiting brick and mortar device sales) and a now ~3x larger advertising business amplifies the 2H-weighted seasonality. We're encouraged by some of the underlying platform trends ('26 is another year of +20% MAU and accelerating PC growth), though some questions on what the current growth initiatives look like post-2026 (Any AI impact to Nativo's open web business? What kind of sub penetration trends do pet trackers + elderly care drive long-term?) keep us on the sidelines for now. We adjust our estimates and our TP goes to $56."
