Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Elemer Piros raised the price target on Krystal Biotech (NASDAQ: KRYS) to $35.00 (from $28.00) while maintaining an Overweight rating after the company announced and held a conference call to discuss interim results from two patients in the ongoing Phase 1/2 study (GEM) of KB103 for the treatment of dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB).
"The trial met all primary efficacy endpoints for the two patients and showed substantial improvements in time to wound closure, in our view," Piros commented. "Importantly, KB103 was well tolerated with no serious adverse events or product-related adverse events reported. Krystal remains on track to complete the study in 1H19."
