RBC Capital analyst Elvira Scotto raised the price target on Kinder Morgan (NYSE: KMI) to $30.00 (from $28.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "KMI recently reported solid results and provided constructive commentary around its long-term growth potential. We extended our KMI estimates through 2030 and forecast an Adjusted EBITDA CAGR of ~4% from 2025-2030 driven by growth in the Natural Gas Pipelines segment where we forecast 2025-2030 EBDA CAGR of ~5%, which could prove conservative as we only include projects in KMI's existing backlog. We increase our price target to $30 from $28 as we roll our valuation to 2027 and maintain our Sector Perform rating."
