Jefferies adjusted estimates and raised its price target on ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS) from $57 to $61 following better-than-expected Q4 results.

The firm comments, "ANSS beat 4Q11 expectations and guided FY12 down slightly due to FX. We think CY12 guidance continues to target organic cc growth in the 13-14% range, consistent with CY11, while op margin guidance is for a 100-200bp decline due to investments. The story hasn't changed, but we don't find the stock compelling at current levels."

Q1 EPS goes from $0.69 to $0.66, FY12 goes from $2.90 to $2.87 and FY13 remains at $3.24.
