Jefferies Ups Price Target On DENTSPLY (XRAY)

Jefferies raised its price target on DENTSPLY International (NASDAQ: XRAY) from $44 to $45 following Q3 results.

The firm comments, "XRAY's 3Q11 adj. EPS of $0.46 was $0.03 above consensus on vastly better revenue growth and profit trends. We are raising our 2011 and 2012 EPS forecasts to $2.04 (from $1.97) and $2.40 (from $2.37), respectively, to reflect the 3Q11 upside and a shift in accounting to excl. deal-related amortization (+$0.04 annually). Our PT moves to $45 (from $44) on higher cash flow forecasts."
