Jefferies trimmed estimates and its price target on Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR) from $48 to $43 after Q4 EPS of $0.75, or $0.05 below the consensus. However, the firm maintained their Buy rating.
The firm comments, "Segment results were better than expected, offset by higher corporate expense due to the timing of compensation accruals. Given soft demand in emerging markets, raw materials pressures and F/X, we are lowering 2012E $0.25 to $3.30."
