Jefferies said the overhang on Coach (NYSE: COH) due to the crisis in Japan will not likely go away soon. The firm reiterated their Hold rating and $54 price target on the stock, calling it a "source of funds near-term."

The firm comments, "The Japan quake is significant for COH, being the company's second largest market. While management is great at navigating headwinds, we believe the quake will have a long lasting psychological impact on the Japanese consumer. This in turn will hurt luxury sales and impact COH fundamentals."
