Jefferies reiterated a Buy rating and $59.00 price target on T-Mobile US, (NASDAQ: TMUS) following announcement that it will be eliminating other postpaid options later this month.
Analyst Mike McCormack commented, "Uncarrier Next furthers T-Mobile's commitment to unlimited data by eliminating other postpaid options later this month. Further, the T-Mobile ONE plan now includes service fees and taxes, without impacting advertising pricing. While ARPU trends should be closely watched, nuances of the new offer and recent add-on features provide the tools to maintain ARPU, supporting peer leading revenue growth via market share gains."
