Jefferies raised its price target on Hold-rated Gentiva Health Services (NASDAQ: GTIV) from $6 to $7 after staff cuts.
The firm commented, "GTIV's planned elimination of 1,000 staff positions and closure of underperforming locations should help management generate enough cost savings to achieve its recently issued FY12 EBITDA guidance. However, we are maintaining our Hold rating pending improvement in earnings and reimbursement visibility"
