Jefferies Maintains a 'Hold' on Janus Capital (JNS); Inking Dai-Ichi Deal

Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Janus Capital (NYSE: JNS) price target of $8.00.

Analyst, Daniel T. Fannon, said, "Earlier this week we visited with the management team at Janus Capital & Mac Salman, our Japan Financials analyst, visited Dai-Ichi. While the topics centered around the recently inked Dai-Ichi deal, the company remains focused on continued cost containment & improving investment performance. The relationship does not have a material financial impact, however it clearly provides an additional avenue for organic growth on a LT basis."
