Jefferies Lowers Numbers on Caribou Coffee (CBOU), Keeps Buy

Jefferies lowered estimates and its price target on Caribou Coffee (NASDAQ: CBOU) from $22 to $16 following solid Q2 results, but weak K-cup sales and lower guidance. However, the firm maintained their Buy rating.

"Stock weak on K-Cup visibility, but we think issues are transitory (only ~15% of op profits) & see 25%+ EPS gr. in '13 on coffee tailwinds/solid fundamentals in rest of biz," the analyst comments.

FY12 EPS goes from $0.49 to $0.45 and FY13 from $0.70 to $0.60.
