Jefferies cut estimates and its price target on Fulton Financial (NASDAQ: FULT) from $11 to $10.50 following Q1 results.
The firm comments, "Although 1Q results were inline with our estimate, credit leverage was much smaller than we anticipated, but strong mortgage banking results made up the delta. Accordingly, we cut EPS estimates a nickel to reflect a more gradual pace of credit leverage, which puts us inline with consensus."
Q2 EPS goes down from $0.21 to $0.20, FY12 EPS from $0.85 to $0.80 and FY13 from $0.95 to $0.90.
