Jefferies Boosts PT on Panera Bread (PNRA) to $175

Jefferies boosted estiamtes and its price target on Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA) from $167 to $175 saying sustainable SSS and easing commodities costs should yield upside to '12 and '13.

The firm comments, "Conf call provided addl clarity on easing commodity costs & SSS trends into March & April which appear to be essentially unaided by weather/calendar. Given solid SSS trends & lower infl outlook, we see potential upside to guidance implying high-teens EPS gr in 2H & see further upside for '13. Our ’12/13 EPS raised above consensus to $5.65/6.98 (from $5.54/6.67). We view 22.5x ’13 EPS val as attractive for a 20%+ grower."
