JPMorgan analyst Richard Choe initiates coverage on Csquare Inc (NYSE: CSQR) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $24.00.
The analyst comments: “Csquare is a North American digital infrastructure platform providing carrier-neutral colocation and interconnection services primarily to enterprises. The company has exhibited strong bookings momentum with $64.7m in 2Q26 and has a substantial backlog. Csquare has identified up to 670 MW of incremental capacity within its existing portfolio that could be unlocked at a faster pace and lower cost than greenfield data center builds today. As an enterprise colocation provider, Csquare operates in an industry that is experiencing multiple secular tailwinds supporting pricing and demand for capacity and interconnectivity. As Csquare executes on its growth strategy and diversifies its customer base, network effects and data gravity should help drive a flywheel effect to support expansion of the platform. We see the potential for Csquare to develop into a premier enterprise colocation provider through development, bookings, customer expansion, and focusing on key interconnection markets, which we expect to drive solid double-digit growth for revenue, adj. EBITDA, and AFFOPS. We are encouraged by Csquare’s growth potential, but we balance this against legacy asset quality and higher leverage.”
