H.C. Wainwright analyst, Joseph Pantginis, reiterated his Buy rating on shares of Iovanace Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ: IOVA) after an academic collaborator, Moffitt Cancer Center, released compelling abstract data (Creelanet et al., IASLC 2018
abstract), reporting the function and safety profile for first-in-man data with autologous TILs in advanced metastatic NSCLC patients. The analyst had 3 takeaways:

1) TIL therapy can be effective in the majority of patients with progressive disease following eight weeks of nivolumab

2) the safety profile for TIL administration remains benign

3) TIL persistence through day 100+, including biomarker are data supportive of stem-cell like memory, are likely correlated with clinical responses.

No change to the price target of $22.
