UBS analyst Kevin McVeigh lowered the price target on Intapp, Inc (NASDAQ: INTA) to $72.00 (from $83.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented, "The INTA stock is indicating +25% after-hours [Tue]—above its ~12% implied move [consistent with being extremely oversold]—on FQ4-June-25 beat and encouraging FY-June-26 guide with operating income 8/4% above UBSe/Street. Intapp continues to demonstrate resilience amid macro uncertainty supported by its recurring revenue model—TTM cloud net revenue retention of 120%—and enterprise go-to-market success—clients with $1m+ ARR grew +49% YoY. Intapp also delivered strong adj. operating income margin expansion in FY-June-25—15% vs. 9% in FY-June-24—amid continued operational efficiency fueling 24% free cash flow margin. Its partner ecosystem also grew—MSCI, Snowflake, and SUBSCRIBE were added as Microsoft a major growth driver—contributing to enterprise deal win rates and FY-June-26 demand generation. Importantly, Intapp showcased its capital return ability as evidenced by newly authorized $150m [~5% market cap] buyback program with no expiration. We maintain Buy as INTA stock offers investors a unique opportunity to benefit from ~$15B SAM leveraged to disruption in professional + financial services—verticals historically underserved by traditional software—as end markets undergo digital transformation."
