BMO Capital analyst Andrew Strelzik lowered the price target on Ingredion (NYSE: INGR) to $123.00 (from $143.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.
The analyst comments "3Q25 EPS of $2.75 missed $2.88 consensus as lower FII U.S./CAN and LATAM profits more than offset Texture & Healthful Solutions upside. Volume declines accelerated in both FII segments attributed to softer demand, Argo ops issues, and disruption with a LATAM customer. INGR lowered top end of 2025 EPS guidance as it now expects $11.10-11.30 (from $11.10-11.60), with implied 4Q EPS bracketing BMO/consensus. Despite INGR's optically attractive valuation, we believe a multiple discount is warranted for ongoing demand and pricing power risks. We lower estimates and reduce target to $123."
