Cantor Fitzgerald reiterated a Buy rating on Humana (NYSE: HUM) and raised its price target to $130.00 (from $105.00).

Analyst Joseph D. France said, "We are introducing our 2015 earnings estimates, raising our price target to $130 from $105, and reiterating our BUY rating on Humana, which we believe is the most leveraged play on Medicare Advantage in the managed care group. HUM is a widely followed stock, and our earnings estimates are slightly below the FactSet consensus in both 2014 and 2015, but we see upside potential in our numbers once we get final Medicare Advantage rates for 2015 (April 7) and the company reports 1Q:14 results on May 7. There is obviously some risk in emphasizing Humana in advance of these developments, which could be less positive than we anticipate, but whatever happens next quarter, we believe that the stock is a compelling secular story."
