Jim Cramer, host of CNBC's Mad Money, admitted Monday there is a shortage of quality healthcare stocks, but one play is recent IPO HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA).

Cramer noted that HCA's IPO was hard to get into early, but the stock is up just 10 percent since the offering and there is still time to buy. Getting in on an IPO after the fact is not a recommendation usually made by the eccentric Wall Street personality.

HCA is the largest non-governmental healthcare company in the U.S., operating 164 hospitals in 20 states and England.

Cramer expects plenty of Buy ratings as analysts start to cover the stock, adding the stock is one of the few to benefit from "Obamacare," as HCA does better with more people being insured.

Shares of HCA are up 1.48 percent to $33.53 in premarket trade on Tuesday.
