H.C. Wainwright analyst Douglas Tsao reiterated a Buy rating and $940.00 price target on argenx SE (NASDAQ: ARGX).
The analyst commented: "Vyvgart now on track for $6B in annual sales. argenx reported a strong 2Q26, with product net sales of $1.5B, up 60% Y/Y on an operational basis and 17% Q/Q, and operating profit of $494M. More importantly, management indicated that the growth was broad-based across MG and CIDP, with the prefilled syringe (PFS) serving as the primary incremental driver by bringing earlier-line and new patients onto Vyvgart. Approximately 80% of U.S. PFS patients during 2Q were new to Vyvgart; however, management clarified that the comparable launch-to-date figure was ~70%, only modestly above the 68% disclosed previously. Nonetheless, the data continues to support PFS as a source of market expansion rather than simply a conversion of existing Vyvgart patients. Management also maintained its expectation for approximately 30% Y/Y growth in combined R&D and SG&A expenses for FY26 despite the sequential spending increase in 2Q. We reiterate our Buy rating on argenx and price target of $940."
