H.C. Wainwright Reiterates Buy Rating on Pharvaris B.V. (PHVS)

H.C. Wainwright analyst Patrick R. Trucchio reiterated a Buy rating and $60.00 price target on Pharvaris B.V. (NASDAQ: PHVS).

The analyst commented: "On August 12, Pharvaris reported 2Q26 results alongside regulatory updates that de-risk the potential on-demand approval for deucrictibant IR in hereditary angioedema (HAE), with the pivotal Phase 3 (CHAPTER-3) readout for deucrictibant XR expected in 3Q26; if positive, we believe CHAPTER-3 should support Pharvaris in becoming the first two-formulation oral franchise in HAE. Additionally, in July 2026, the FDA accepted the New Drug Application (NDA) for deucrictibant IR capsule for the on-demand treatment of HAE attacks and set a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) action date of April 23, 2027; in the same month, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) validated the marketing authorization application (MAA) and began formal review under the centralized procedure. CHAPTER-3, evaluating deucrictibant XR tablet for long-term prophylactic treatment of HAE, enrolled and randomized 85 participants 2:1 to XR 40 mg/day, the intended commercial formulation, or placebo once daily for 24 weeks, and topline data are expected in 3Q26. Pharvaris ended 2Q26 with cash and cash equivalents of €318 million, versus €292 million at December 31, 2025, with runway into 2028 following the $132.3 million offering closed in May. We believe the regulatory clearances de-risk the potential on-demand launch, and we view CHAPTER-3 as the key upcoming catalyst; an 80%+ attack-rate reduction would, in our view, support a product profile capable of competing across both the oral and injectable segments. We reiterate our Buy rating and $60 price target ahead of the readout."
