H.C. Wainwright analyst Raghuram Selvaraju reiterated a Buy rating and $100.00 price target on Moonlake Immunotherapeutics (NASDAQ: MLTX).
The analyst commented: "In a press release earlier this month, MoonLake reported its 1Q25 financial results. The company remains slated to have a crucial year, with the most impactful potential catalyst being the release of top-line data from the Phase 3 VELA program with lead candidate sonelokimab (SLK) in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in September. Investors should be aware that MoonLake has completed VELA enrollment—at a pace ~40% faster than previous industry benchmarks—and disclosed baseline characteristics of the patient population in these studies, which replicates the properties of the population enrolled in the earlier proof-of-concept MIRA Phase 2 study. From our vantage point, replication of the patient baseline characteristics in MIRA constitutes a crucial risk-mitigating factor for the VELA studies. We reiterate our Buy rating and 12-month price target of $100 per share."
