Goldman Sachs analyst Michael Lapides initiates coverage on Williams Companies (NYSE: WMB) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $26.00.
The analyst launches coverage on Diversified Pipelines and MLPs with an Attractive view citing total return potential of 13% on average, improving cash flows with EBITDA possibly rising to 12 % for C-Corps and 13% for MLPs from 2018 to 2021, continued benefits from simplification of corporate structures and continued tailwinds generated by rising US commodity production.
The analyst is not expecting WMB to outperform and consensus estimates are largely inline with his out expectations.
