Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Hilton Grand Vacations (NYSE: HGV) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $29.00.
Analyst Stephen Grambling said " HGV is a uniquely positioned timeshare company given a high mix of asset-light fee-for-service vacation ownership interest sales, a more balanced mix of sales to new and existing members versus peers, and highly productive sales centers. Despite these positives, we initiate at Neutral with valuation already in line with peers and EBITDA growth likely to be muted near term.|
