Goldman Sachs weighed in on Biogen (NASDAQ: BIIB) Thursday after U.S. and European regulators have accepted the BG-12 for review.
The acceptance keeps the drug's timelines on track and should alleviate some
lingering investor concerns. They expect the drug to launch in early 2013.
"We continue to see significant upside in BIIB, driven by BG-12 and multiple optionalities for upside (especially Dex for ALS)," the firm said.
Goldman maintained their Buy rating and price target of $150.
