Goldman Sachs adjusted estimates and its price target on Neutral-rated Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE) following the TripAdvisor (Nasdaq: TRIP) spinoff.

The firm updated their price target for Expedia to $32. The firm updated FY11 EPS to $2.14, FY12 to $2.61 and FY13 to $3.16.

While the company provided some "continuing operations" basis financials for Expedia, the firm anticipates additional financial details to be provided with 4Q11 earnings on February 9, 2012, and filings thereafter.
