Goldman Sachs analyst Leah Jordan raised the price target on General Mills (NYSE: GIS) to $81.00 (from $76.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst comments "We came away from the quarter with increased confidence that GIS is executing against its plan for sequentially improving trends in FY25, while we were especially encouraged by better-than-expected results in pet as headwinds appeared to have bottomed. Ultimately, F1Q results underscored the company's ability to deliver top line improvement with margin stability amid normalizing promotional activity. We reiterate our Buy-rating on GIS with an updated 12-month price target of $81."
