Wells Fargo analyst Jason Hass raised the price target on FactSet Research Systems (NYSE: FDS) to $290.00 (from $250.00) while maintaining a Underweight rating.
The analyst comments "Reiterate Underweight. While we believe FDS should continue to benefit from increasing usage of data driven by AI, we remain concerned about rising competition LT. AI has lowered barriers to entry to build competing products, and we're concerned startups can improve their data quality over time to offer a cheap alternative. While margins were down in FY26, we expect mgmt. to focus on expansion going forward. We're raising our PT to $290 on 13x our FY28E EPS, reflecting higher peer multiples."
