Truist Securities analyst Youssef Squali raised the price target on Etsy (NASDAQ: ETSY) to $83.00 (from $80.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "4Q25 results and 1Q26 outlook show that Etsy is making steady progress towards sustainable positive GMS growth through improvements in Search, AI-powered discovery & recommendation, mktg efficiency and greater focus on app usage. Core Etsy Marketplace GMS (ex. Depop) was up Y/Y and active buyer count was also up Q/Q, reflecting the impact of ongoing changes. Mgmt announced the sale of Depop for $1.2B in cash, which should help mgmt narrow its focus and double down on its Etsy core growth plans. The stock looks attractive trading at 2.6x EV/Revs. & 8.8x EV/AEBITDA on our FY26 ests. We're adjusting our ests and PT to $83 from $80, in part reflecting the sale of Depop."
