Oppenheimer analyst Noah Kaye raised the price target on EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) to $138.00 (from $120.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating.
The analyst commented: "Shares traded up Thursday after ENS beat F2Q26 top-/bottom-line consensus and guided F3Q above the Street. ES recovery signals are encouraging, with sequential improvement in Communications tied to network refresh and data center (~10% of FY25 enterprise sales) continuing solid double-digit growth. Likewise, Specialty growth appears multi-faceted, with A&D strong and Class 8 aftermarket traction beginning to support outperformance vs. soft OE end-markets. We see operational excellence initiatives in early days, providing upside to multi-year margin trajectory, and capital allocation optionality following strong FCF generation, with management indicating commitment to elevated share repurchases. We raise estimates and increase our PT to $138 (from $120)."
